Mark Schumacher, Vice President

• Fifteen years experience in Industrial/Commercial Construction and Real Estate Development. Eight years experience in the financial banking industry.

Chris Wunnenberg, Director of Development

Rob Wear, Paving Superintendent

Doug Flack, Property Manager/Scheduling/AutoCAD Engineer

• Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering Design and Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.
• Responsible for the management of Schumacher Dugan owned properties.
• Assists project managers with project scheduling using Microsoft Project.
• Assists in pre-construction with the development of preliminary site and interior floor plans on AutoCAD.
• Associate of Schumacher Dugan Construction since 1998.

Our office staff includes a Treasurer/CPA, Controller/CPA, Attorney/Legal Counsel, Bookkeeper, Payroll Clerk, two Administrative Assistants, and a Receptionist.

During the peak season, Schumacher Dugan averages more than 100 employees on direct company payroll.

Facilities
Schumacher Dugan’s office and repair shop occupy 14,000 square feet of a 50,000 square foot office/warehouse building, which is wholly owned by the company. The building is located in Schumacher Commerce Park, a 500 acre Industrial Park in Butler County, Ohio, which was developed by Schumacher Dugan.
