The Design-Build Team of Schumacher Dugan Construction
and KZF Design combined to provide the complete design
and construction of this Adult Education Facility located near
Interstate 75 and Union Centre Blvd. The second floor of the
facility was originally left unfinished, intended to be completed
3-5 years later. However, the high demand for quality adult
education exceeded all expectations, and the second floor
was completed in 2005. The building utilizes traditional steel
frame construction with brick veneer/stone accent exterior
wall system.

IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY CHURCH & SCHOOL

The Immaculate Heart of Mary project included complete site
renovations consisting of new utility services, sidewalks,
curbing, lighting and paving. School building construction
consisted of two additions to the school building and
complete renovation of the existing school from floor to
ceiling, including new electrical and mechanical systems.
Church building construction consisted of two additions
to the church and complete renovation of the existing church
including new stone flooring, walls, woodwork, pews, stained
glass windows, marble and electrical and mechanical systems.

SOUTH LEBANON EARLY LEARNING CENTER

The Early Learning Center is a pre-school facility for families in the South Lebanon area. The facility has six (6) large classrooms and a full service kitchen. The vaulted ceiling in the Multi-purpose room is accented by two (2) 30’ long decorative wood trusses. This feature carries thru at the entry Portico structure, which contains decorative Douglas fir trusses, glue lam beams/columns and white pine decking.
