The Design-Build Team of Schumacher Dugan Construction and KZF Design combined to provide the complete design and construction of this Adult Education Facility located near Interstate 75 and Union Centre Blvd. The second floor of the facility was originally left unfinished, intended to be completed 3-5 years later. However, the high demand for quality adult education exceeded all expectations, and the second floor was completed in 2005. The building utilizes traditional steel frame construction with brick veneer/stone accent exterior wall system.
