The Design-Build team of Schumacher Dugan Construction, Hub
+ Weber Architects and Post Browning combined efforts to provide
the complete turnkey delivery of this corporate office building
for Kemba Credit Union. Services provided include site selection,
landscaping design, exterior architectural lighting design, interior
space planning, interior design, complete Architectural, Civil and
Structural design, and of course, construction of the facility.
The first floor of the facility includes a full-service financial
services group dedicated to serving it's members every needs. The
upper floors are slated for executive offices, a corporate data
center and miscellaneous administrative and support functions.

NATIONAL CITY BANK

Schumacher Dugan Construction, Inc. served as the
General Contractor for the construction of the first new
National City Bank Branch in the Cincinnati area. This all
brick and precast concrete facility has a large lobby
surrounded by full height curtainwall. The (3) drive-thru
lanes, as well as most of the main building, are topped
with composite metal panels and standing seam roof.
To date, Schumacher Dugan has constructed four new
National City Banks, as well as multiple remodelling
projects.

This project is a state of the art, Retail Banking Office, located
in Union Centre, West Chester, Ohio. Schumacher Dugan
Construction performed the construction of this facility which
features a rotunda with curtainwall glass, precast and cast
stone and masonry exterior walls. This facilities unique
design makes it inviting to Huntington Banks customers.

branch bank facility for Fifth Third Bank in the summer of 2004.
The facility utilizes wood frame walls, wood trusses, brick
veneer and colonial style wood trim.
