services for the initial 25,000 SF facility built in 1998, as well as two
expansion projects totaling another 36,000 SF. Rite
Track is a leading supplier of automated wafer processing
equipment for the semiconductor, thin film head, and MEMS
industries. The facility utilizes painted concrete tilt-up wall
panels for the exterior wall system.

This facility was designed and constructed to allow Parrillo
Performance to consolidate their operations which were
previously spread out over several locations. The new
building includes corporate offices with mezzanine above,
a lab, workshop, photo studio, gym, manufacturing areas
for production of energy bars and other nutritionals as well
as warehouse, packaging and distribution areas.

Services and building construction for a 295,000 SF R & D
facility operated by the Procter & Gamble Company. The
building construction consist of tilt-up concrete exterior wall
panels and conventionally framed steel roof structure.

The Design-Build Team of Schumacher Dugan Construction
and Professional Design Associates combined to provide the
complete design and construction of the initial 45,000 SF
manufacturing facility built in 2002. A 16,000 SF addition
was completed by the same design-build team in August 2005.
Sunnex is an industry leader in the manufacturing of OEM
sprockets and disc brake rotors for the motorcycle industry.
The building utilizes pre-engineered metal building
construction.
