Blue Ash Golf Club House
Schumacher Construction Management has begun construction of a new clubhouse/banquet facility will take at least nine months to construct; however, all golf operations will remain open (working from temporary facilities), as weather permits. The new golf clubhouse and banquet facility is 38,000 sf.

The upper level is a banquet and conference facility, and the lower level is the new golf clubhouse. The building is state of the art implementing sustainable design concepts including an ice storage cooling system. It will replace the existing 30 year old clubhouse facility

Flexi USA, Inc.
Schumacher Dugan Construction, LLC is providing turnkey design and construction of the USA headquarters and distribution facility for flexi USA, Inc. – distributor of retractable dog leashes. The facility consists of 45,000sf of warehouse and 6,000sf of office situated on a 6.4 acre site. The building is constructed of insulated precast concrete wall panels; aluminum curtain wall & wall panels at entry features, and aluminum punched windows around the perimeter of the warehouse to take advantage of natural daylight within the warehouse space.
