This project consisted of the construction of three four-
story Class A office buildings in a suburban office park
located along I-75 at the Union Centre Boulevard
interchange. These buildings feature brick and glass
exteriors, two story Lobbies with terrazzo floors and
mahogany wood paneling.

The Design-Build Team of Schumacher Dugan Construction
and KZF Design combined to provide the complete design
and construction of this Adult Education Facility located near
Interstate 75 and Union Centre Blvd. The second floor of the
facility was originally left unfinished, intended to be completed
3-5 years later. However, the high demand for quality adult
education exceeded all expectations, and the second floor
was completed in 2005. The building utilizes traditional steel
frame construction with brick veneer/stone accent exterior
wall system.

construction of the new 40,000 SF headquarters for Penco.
This all-brick facility consolidates Penco's previous
operations from multiple buildings into one 40,000 SF
office.

Prior to commencement of this project, Cornerstone
acquired several catalogue companies with facilities
located throughout the United States. This 970,000 SF
facility was designed and constructed to allow the
distribution function for all of the catalogues to occur in one
efficient state-of-the-art facility. In addition to the 810,000 SF
warehouse/distribution area, this project also includes a
57,000 SF corporate headquarters for Frontgate, a 38,000
SF call center, and a 65,000 SF retail outlet.
