Project Description
Schumacher Dugan Construction provided Construction Management Services for the demolition of the existing Crestview Hills Mall, and for the reconstruction of the new Crestview Hills Town Center. This new Lifestyle Center contains a mixed-use of retail, restaurant, and business tenant spaces in nine separate buildings. A Dillard's Department Store anchors the property. Many national and local retailers occupy a total of 270,000 SF of upscale retail space.
