This facility was designed and constructed to allow Parrillo
Performance to consolidate their operations which were
previously spread out over several locations. The new
building includes corporate offices with mezzanine above,
a lab, workshop, photo studio, gym, manufacturing areas
for production of energy bars and other nutritionals as well
as warehouse, packaging and distribution areas.

Schumacher Dugan Construction provided Construction
Management Services to construct a 60,000 SF addition
and renovate 15,000 SF at the City of Blue Ash Recreation
Center. The addition included weight/exercise facilities,
meeting rooms, offices and 15,000 SF gymnasium and
racquetball courts. The addition was constructed using a
precast concrete floor structure with a full basement. The gym
utilizes a pre-engineered roof structure and includes a
cushioned wood flooring system.

McGEE'S COURTS4SPORTS

This indoor sports facility features six hardwood basketball
courts (4 high school length and 2 NCAA length). The facility
is also designed to accommodate volleyball and futsal as well
as a variety of other events. The core area of the building
includes concessions, retail sales, game room, referee room,
toilet rooms, changing rooms and a private party room.
Offices are located on the mezzanine above the core area.
