Management Services for the demolition of the existing mall
building, and for the reconstruction of the new Crestview
Hills Town Center. This new Lifestyle Center contains a
mixed-use of retail, restaurant, and business tenant spaces
in nine separate buildings. A Dillard's Department Store
anchors the property. Many national and local retailers
occupy a total of 270,000 SF of upscale retail space.

Construction.

Prior to commencement of this project, Cornerstone
acquired several catalogue companies with facilities
located throughout the United States. This 970,000 SF
facility was designed and constructed to allow the
distribution function for all of the catalogues to occur in one
efficient state-of-the-art facility. In addition to the 810,000 SF
warehouse/distribution area, this project also includes a
57,000 SF corporate headquarters for Frontgate, a 38,000
SF call center and a 65,000 SF retail outlet.

Dingle House Irish Pub is a 4,600 SF tenant build-out entirely built out of true Irish resources and prides itself on authenticity from its décor, to its menu , to its music, etc. Authentic Irish wood bar, interior finish package imported from Ireland, stone veneer on walls and columns and a stained concrete floor. Dingle also houses a full service restaurant serving authentic Irish cuisine. There is an acoustical entertainment system that bolsters 16 plasma TV's.
