services for ProLogis, a clobal distribution developer. This
125,000 SF distribution facility is constructed with tilt-up
concrete exterior wall panels and conventionally framed steel
roof structure. Its unique use of rustification and its color
scheme, set it apart from similar distribution facilities.

Schumacher Dugan provided design and construction of the
new office and distribution headquarter facility. The new
center included 125,000 sf of warehouse and 25,000 sf of
two-story office on a 12 acre site. The office is constructed
of architectural precast concrete and a glass curtainwall
system. The warehouse exterior uses structural precast with
a fluted aggregate finish.

Prior to commencement of this project, Cornerstone
acquired several catalogue companies with facilities
located throughout the United States. This 970,000 SF
facility was designed and constructed to allow the
distribution function for all of the catalogues to occur in one
efficient state-of-the-art facility. In addition to the 810,000 SF
warehouse/distribution area, this project also includes a
57,000 SF corporate headquarters for Frontgate, a 38,000
SF call center and a 65,000 SF retail outlet.
