The origin of Schumacher Dugan Construction dates back to 1910 when Dugan Construction Company was founded. In 1964, Larry Schumacher and a partner started their own general contracting firm, Schumacher and Williams Construction, which performed a variety of commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. After eight years of successful operation, Larry Schumacher, the sole owner at the time, purchased Dugan Construction Company, and the two firms merged into Schumacher Dugan Construction. We operate in the Greater Cincinnati area and have grown through our commitment to quality construction and personalized service for our clients.

Schumacher Dugan completes projects on a Construction Management and Design-Build basis in addition to traditional lump sum bid contracts. Our assortment of clients are from a variety of sectors, including health care, manufacturing, institutional, public utilities, financial, office, industrial, retail, and warehouse. We also specialize in concrete, carpentry, and excavation work with our own craftsmen and company-owned equipment.
